Happy Valentine’s Day! Here is an exercise routine for today that will help you get toned. 😉

High intensity interval training is the trending exercise routine for this season. For today’s post, Be Real is sharing a quick but effective workout that can be done anywhere. CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program that uses high intensity moves. The workouts are no more than 30 minutes. The concept is to complete a list of set movement and repeat them as stated during the least amount of time, or the time allotted.

Time to test this type of exercise, the more you do it the stronger you will get and the easier it will feel.

Are you up to the challenge? Complete 5 rounds in 35 minutes or less of the following:

  • 10 jumping jacks
  • 10 push ups
  • 10 lunges
  • 30 second jump rope
  • 10 burpees- Video
  • 10 crunches
