Just Move

Exercise s not meant to be a competition, but rather an everyday activity to keep you healthy. You don’t need to be the first or strongest to be healthy, you need to just start. Remember not to over do it either only 30-45 minutes 3-5 days a week is what is recommended. Keep moving and just start up an exercise- look through some of our past posts for fun unusual exercises or  strength exercises that can be done anywhere!
