Paddle Boarding, the perfect summer exercise!

It’s the perfect balance for those who love either surfing or kayaking, and such a fun new sport to learn for those who don’t know how to do either! Stand-up paddle boarding is a great way to spend a summer day and to get the heart pumping. Stand-up paddle boarding or “SUP” can be done on ANY body of water. So, whether you live near a lake, pond, river, creak or ocean, you’re good to go! There are many places that’ll teach you the basics of how to stand, paddle and center yourself, so find somewhere near you to get lessons with friends. Be sure to be safe when learning how “SUP”, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll be sailing!
