If you have ever wanted to try belly dancing or latin dancing here’s your chance. These dances are easy to learn, fun to do and a great way to get a workout in while listening to your favorite music.
Start by standing with your feet hip-wide apart with your knees bent, and move your hips in figure eight motion. Then starting with your right take your hips up and around the center, then follow with your left hip in a similar manner. Put on your favorite song, and jam out!
